Conditions for Returns & Exchanges:

    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
    • Sale items or items purchased during promotions are not eligible for return or exchange.

  2. Non-Returnable Items:

    • The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
      • Items purchased on clearance or final sale.
      • Customized or personalized products.

  3. Process for Returns & Exchanges:

    • Once your return or exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the product back to us.
    • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment.

  5. Exchanges:

    • If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the product you want in exchange when contacting our customer support.
    • Exchange requests are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is not available, we will notify you and offer an alternative or refund.

  6. Defective or Incorrect Products:

    • In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will provide a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
